We have an excellent opportunity for a Business Sales Development Manager to join our client, a well established Food Manufacturer based in Co. Louth who will be responsible for the Dublin and Leinster areas.
In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for a team of van drivers and distributors as well as growing and expanding the company's presence within the food industry.
Package and Benefits include a salary of €40-€45k, 10% performance bonus, fuel card and company van.
Responsibilities
* Drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies that exceed targets.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
* Lead, coach, and support van-sales and distribution teams to achieve performance goals.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
* Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns and lead generation.
* Represent the brand at events and networking opportunities.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales or business development, ideally in fresh food.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
* Skilled in data analysis and report creation using computer tools.
* Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
* Passion for the baked goods industry and market knowledge.
* Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent experience.
