Simply Social is the largest social media marketing agency in Ireland, and we're expanding our production team at Simply Studios.
Simply Studios specialises in the production of high quality video content for a diverse portfolio of brands. We need the right person to join our team and collaborate with some of the most prominent brands in Ireland and the UK.
About the Role:
Simply Studios is looking for a proactive, organised, and creative minded Production Coordinator/Producer to run video and photography shoots from start to finish.
You'll work directly with the Simply Studios production team and Head of Studio, turning ideas into seamless productions.
We're looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator/Producer to own the production process from concept to delivery. Your role will be managing shoots, schedules, budgets, crews, and client expectations, while turning creative ideas into high impact outputs. You'll also have opportunities to develop creatively, with scope to step into directing on selected projects.

What You'll Do:
* Lead full production lifecycles, from pre-production planning to post-production delivery.
* Translate ambitious creative ideas into actionable schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
* Source and manage locations, talent, crew, props, catering, and transport.
* Act as the central point of communication between creatives, clients, and production teams.
* Run shoots day off, solving problems in real time and keeping projects on track.
* Ensure deliverables meet scope, client expectations, and quality standards.
* Maintain health, safety, permits, and compliance at all stages.
* Grow creatively, including hands-on experience directing content.
Who You Are:
* Experienced in managing photo/video productions from end to end.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Confident working directly with senior creatives, clients, and leadership.
* Thrives in a fast paced, high energy, collaborative environment.
* Knowledgeable about budgeting, health & safety, and post-production workflows.
