From Retail & Convenience to Wholesale, The Off Premise landscape is a fast paced & ever-changing environment.The OFPTME will play a crucial support role in the development, implementation, and execution of Red Bull's brand initiatives in the OFF-Premise environment. This position is integral in assisting the OFPTMM in driving brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales performance in Retail, Convenience and Wholesale Channels IOI. The executive will provide administrative support, coordinate activities across departments, and help ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies that align with Red Bull's brand objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESNetworking & Partner Coordination:Help manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and event organizers.Budget & Administrative Support:Assist in processing, monitoring and tracking off-Premise marketing expenses. Help ensure efficient allocation and documentation of the marketing budget in line with the national business plan and internal financial procedures.POS Management:Work with Operations to ensure that POS inventory levels are correct and support the fields sales team to manage their POS catalogue requirements.Responsible for delivery & allocation of POS tools to warehouses.Responsible for all Cooler movements and Servicing and monitoring their correct placement.Support in Adapting Marketing Guidelines:Assist in localising and implementing Red Bull's international OFF-Premise marketing guidelines to ensure POS Activation in store is in line with global communications strategy across the entire Off-Premise channel.Project & Installation Coordination:Support the creation and lead the coordination, and tracking of all cooler placements & tailor-made installations and visibility projects. Liaise with vendors, designers, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and proper setup according to brand standards.Sales Team & Key Account Support:The OFPTME supports the sales team & KAMs in the use of all new Off-Premise Marketing tools, ensuring increased availability, visibility, consistency and activation of Red Bull at the point of sale in outlet. Ensure outlets have the right assets to maximise impact at the point of sale in outlet.Event & Trade Support:Assist in planning, logistics, and execution of any Off-Premise events, blitz days, 3rd party activations, workshops and trade shows to ensure successful execution of through the line campaigns whilst maintaining brand presence and adherence to international standards .KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE2+ years marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.Degree/Qualifications in Marketing / Business.Experience in Off Premise environment / FMCG experience preferred.Self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.Highly developed planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.Excellent communication, active listening & presentation skills.Able to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).Working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.Employment for the successful applicant will be with Richmond Marketing who operates as the Distribution Partner for Red Bull in Ireland
