About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Planner to join our expanding Project Delivery team. This is a pivotal role where you will develop and manage detailed project schedules, support project controls, and ensure alignment between planning and project execution across large-scale engineering projects. Responsibilities:
Project Scheduling & Planning
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
* Integrate resource, cost, and risk data to support efficient project delivery.
* Ensure alignment between baseline programs, design, procurement, and construction activities.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
* Track project progress against key milestones and deadlines.
* Provide regular status updates, critical path analysis, and lookahead schedules to stakeholders.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports, highlighting deviations, delays, and recovery actions.
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather planning input and maintain up-to-date schedules.
* Facilitate planning meetings and coordinate cross-functional planning sessions.
* Identify schedule-related risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Assess the impact of project changes and variations on timelines and advise project teams accordingly.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in project planning within construction, utilities, or engineering sectors.
* Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Experience working on electrical or infrastructure projects in Data Centers, Life Sciences, or Renewable Energy sectors.
* Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project control techniques.
* Familiarity with BIM and other digital construction tools.
