We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our managed services team. This dedicated role will focus on providing top-notch support for an evolving multi-technology IT environment.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in mobile technical support, application support, and Windows Server administration. They will be responsible for monitoring and managing customer infrastructure, provisioning accounts and equipment, and delivering exceptional desktop support.
This fixed-term contract is based onsite with our client in Cork and offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, VMWare, Citrix, Cloud (Azure), and the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure monitoring and management
* Account and equipment provisioning
* Desktop support and troubleshooting
* Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange support
* Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance
* Interaction with third-party vendors
* Application support and troubleshooting
* Imaging and deployment
* File permissions and access rights management
* Mobile device configuration and support
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile technical support
* Application support – 1st Level
* Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, MS Office – Level 1 support
* Office and Virtualization experience advantageous
* Customer Services, Call Handling
Preferred Accreditations and Experience
* Microsoft Specialist certification in Windows 10
* A Microsoft MCP for Client or Server OS
* Comptia A+
* Comptia Net+
