We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps Engineer on a day rate contract basis on behalf of a Dublin based client.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on challenging infrastructure and automation projects in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOpsManage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure and servicesAutomate deployment processes and infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for production environmentsCollaborate with development teams to improve deployment efficiency and reliabilityEnsure security best practices and compliance across all environmentsTroubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issuesMentor junior team members and provide technical guidance5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud platformProficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or ARM templatesExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)JIRA experience also requiredStrong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or BashSolid understanding of CI/CD principles and best practicesExperience with Git version control and branching strategiesKnowledge of networking, security, and governance in AzureExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsAzure certifications (Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer Expert, or Solutions Architect)Experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus)Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with multi-cloud environmentsUnderstanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR)For more information on this please apply within.
