Site Manager required for an immediate start. Our client is a large construction company with extensive experience across Ireland. They are now seeking to recruit a Site Manager.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervising projects to tight deadlines and high standards, including health and safety.
* Coordinating subcontractors and controlling programmes with the preparation of look-ahead schedules.
* Preparing progress reports and chairing site meetings.
* Communicating effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
* Ensuring compliance with current Health and Safety Construction regulations.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years’ experience with a main contractor.
* Experience in education, healthcare, commercial, retail, or residential projects is beneficial.
* Background in engineering or trades considered.
* Fully computer-literate with experience in project coordination and reporting.
* Ability to start immediately; full-time, permanent position based in the Midlands or West of Ireland.
