OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Health & Safety Manager to join our team in Monaghan! This is a 1 year Fixed Term contract which reports to the Site Manager.ResponsibilitiesRecord and investigate all accidents on site, monitor trends and produce statistics for BU managersOngoing development and implementation of improved Health and Safety practices, policies and procedures on the site.Lead in house training with managers and employeesEnforce the effective operation of Safety and Health practices and policies in conjunction with Business Unit ManagersDevelop and budget with the Site Manager effective training policies for implementation on the site.Engage proactively with safety personnelFacilitate, support and advise the Site Risk Management teams.
