We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our 4-star hotel in North County Dublin.

About the RoleManage the day-to-day operations of our 66-bedroom 4-star hotel, overseeing all departments and ensuring smooth shift operationsLead a team of over 45 staff across various departmentsCollaborate with department heads to set budgets, targets, and hotel strategyWork closely with the Operations Director to ensure alignment with company objectivesEnsure high levels of guest satisfaction through consistent service deliveryDrive sales initiatives in collaboration with the hotel and group sales teamsMaintain Health & Safety protocols and property standardsFacilitate regular team meetings, including sales, HOD, food & beverage, and daily planning sessionsManage the HACCP plan with relevant departmentsLead training initiatives to improve team performanceWhat You'll Need:
• At least two years' experience as Deputy General Manager or equivalent role (3*/4* property)
• Strong working knowledge of all hotel departments
• Experience in leading staff development programs
