Care Leadership Role
Oversee and manage a dedicated team while delivering high-quality care for individuals in a Community Residential Service.
* Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland is mandatory (RNID advantageous)
* A management qualification at Level 6 or equivalent, recognised by FETAC/QQI, is necessary
* Possession of a full driving license and access to personal transport is required
* Proven expertise in people management, leadership, and interpersonal skills is essential
* A detailed understanding of the Health Act 2007 and HIQA regulations is crucial
* At least five years of experience in disability services is necessary
