Business Development Representative (BDR)
to drive early-stage pipeline growth by executing targeted, multi-channel outreach campaigns and connecting with key decision-makers across our markets.
Responsibilities:
* Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify, segment, and engage target prospects.
* Execute multi-touch, multi-channel outreach campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and strategic content.
* Generate high-quality leads and qualify them for Discovery Calls, collaborating closely with the Senior BD Executive.
* Assist with content creation for campaigns, including messaging, short posts, emails, and simple graphics.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and persona insights to optimize outreach and engagement.
About You:
* Experience in B2B lead generation, ideally using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Comfortable managing structured outreach workflows and tracking multi-step engagement.
* Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, persuasive, persona-aligned messages.
* Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Curious, collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to grow a career in sales within a fast-paced environment.
