We are seeking applications for a Senior Manager position in EY’s Tax practice.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will work on a variety of projects, primarily advising on transactions within the complex international tax landscape. This includes due diligence for asset and corporate acquisitions, structuring investments, and development projects. You will support our international network and advise clients on inbound investments in Ireland, collaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions. Your role involves providing up-to-date Tax advice, managing project delivery, and aligning recommendations with clients' commercial goals in a collaborative environment.Skills and Attributes for SuccessBuild and manage client relationships, deepen industry knowledge, and advise on how Tax impacts commercial strategies. Oversee Tax compliance services, contribute to team success through understanding EY tools, challenge procedures for efficiency, and mentor junior professionals. Stay informed on Tax developments affecting Irish real estate and communicate these effectively to clients.QualificationsACA and/or ITI qualified or similar international qualification. Strong Tax research, writing, and communication skills. Project management ability and experience in managing deadlines and client expectations.
