Responsibilities
* Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership and business units across multiple European markets.
* Support regulatory compliance, data protection (GDPR), outsourcing, distribution, and consumer protection matters in line with EU frameworks such as IDD and Solvency II.
* Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, policies, and related documents; assist with product development initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape business decisions and mitigate risk.
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
* Solid background in regulatory matters (outsourcing, distribution, consumer protection), data protection (GDPR), and drafting commercial agreements in line with EU frameworks like IDD and Solvency II.
* Proactive, commercially-minded, and a skilled communicator who can provide clear, strategic advice to various stakeholders.
