Office Manager
Job Summary
Our organization seeks a seasoned office manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our legal department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
* Implement and maintain administrative systems, procedures, and policies
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Coordinate document management, file archiving, and legal records
* Support onboarding and be point of contact for new hires
* Liaise with external accountants and auditors
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office management or legal administration role
* Strong understanding of legal processes, terminology, and confidentiality standards
* Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal practice management software is a plus
