HR Business Partner Role Overview
This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to exercise full autonomy across the HR remit while receiving support from the HR Consultant and Administrator.
Job Description
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including devising job descriptions, posting adverts, shortlisting, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and completing reference checks.
* Assist in implementing and rolling out new HRIS and Time/Attendance Systems.
* Lead on and act as a specialist HR Advisor to managers on employee relations cases, including conducting disciplinaries and grievances.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience as an HR Generalist.
* Experience in assisting with system implementation, leading on recruitment, and employee relations cases.
* Skilled in absence management, performance management, and liaising with payroll.
* PREFERABLE TO HAVE A CIPD QUALIFICATION OR HR DEGREE.
