In this role, you will be integral to our operations, working on a variety of projects that range from custom fabrications to assembling intricate components.

Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding to fabricate parts and components according to specifications.
Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Assemble and fit parts together, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
Conduct quality inspections of welding work to ensure adherence to standards.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in safe, operable condition.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and project efficiency.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
Requirements
Proven experience as a welder or fabricator with a strong portfolio of work.
Familiarity with different welding techniques and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a welding environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
