Position: Concrete Pump Truck Operator
Strong employment opportunity available for a skilled concrete pump operator within our family-owned concrete manufacturing business. We run a modernised fleet of 25 mixer trucks supported by 4 truck mounted concrete pumps (Putzmeister M42 & Putzmeister M24 Pumi "Pump Mixer"). All our vehicles are well-maintained ranking in the top 20% of RSA ratings for truck maintenance in the Republic of Ireland. Meet with local customers while coordinating the placement of Readymix concrete through pumping on various construction sites throughout the Midlands. Westmeath, Longford, Offaly, Roscommon, East- Galway
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Flexible Saturday work available
Candidate Requirements:
* A Full clean driving license class C required
* Candidate must be Driver CPC compliant
* Digital tachograph card up to date
* Strong English language skills is essential
* Safe Pass & Manual handling
* Previous concrete pump operating experience required
* Construction truck driving experience necessary
Duties & Responsibilities
* Responsible for the set up of pump & all the associated equipment ie leg spreaders, platforms, boom etc…
* Safely driving company vehicles for loading, transporting, delivering & unloading of our concrete products.
* Highly conscious regarding safety while operating equipment
* Frequent vehicle pre-use checks, reporting any issues to management & accurately completing the appropriate documentation.
* Competently following management instructions for lorry/pump positioning, concrete loading, regular washing & delivery directions.
* Represent Spollen Concrete in a professional manner at all times
