Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator with strong helpdesk experience to support our internal teams. This role combines day-to-day technical support with the responsibility of maintaining and securing the company’s IT infrastructure. You will manage user accounts, devices, and cloud services while ensuring reliable and secure operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Helpdesk Support
* Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related support issues
* Provide timely support for hardware, software, email, and connectivity problems
* Set up and maintain user accounts, devices, and email configurations
* Support onboarding and offboarding of staff with smooth IT provisioning
IT System Administration
* Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 tenant, including Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
* Administer user permissions, device security policies, and software licenses
* Maintain inventory of all hardware and software assets
* Perform system updates, patching, and basic troubleshooting across devices and networks
Security and Compliance
* Enforce access controls and implement security protocols such as MFA
* Monitor systems for vulnerabilities and ensure endpoint protection is up to date
* Assist with compliance audits and documentation when required
* Maintain data backup and recovery procedures
Qualifications And Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration
* Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin tools and Windows OS
* Comfortable with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, etc.)
* Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
* Experience in a multi-office or hybrid work environment is an advantage
