For our client, an Irish company based in Dublin city centre we are looking for a Business & Data Analyst
This analyst will be a
crucial bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. They will analyse business processes, capture requirements, and translate them into innovative ICT solutions. Your insights will help shape digital projects, improve workflows, and enhance organisational performance.
Responsibilities
* Conducting detailed business and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities
* Documenting requirements through workshops, process mapping, and data visualisations
* Developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
* Liaising with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery
* Supporting testing, training, and change management efforts
* Acting as Project Manager on assigned projects as needed
Requirements
* A relevant third-level qualification
* Minimum 4 years' experience in business analysis, with a strong track record in project delivery
* Expertise in data tools including SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and process improvement techniques
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
* Familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and TFS
* Experience or interest in digital transformation, AI, or data integration projects is a plus
Hybrid work structure 2 days a week on site in Dublin city centre
Salary: €57K p.a.
