Key Responsibilities:
* Inspect vehicles or parts for damage and determine appropriate repair procedures
* Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking
* Apply body filler to dents, dings, and other surface imperfections
* Sand and smooth repaired surfaces to ensure a flawless finish
* Mix and apply primers, sealers, and topcoats using spray guns
* Ensure accurate color matching and high-quality finishes
* Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE at all times
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work collaboratively with team members in the repair and refinishing process
* Perform quality checks to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Spray Painter/Auto Body Filler, or similar role
* Familiarity with spray guns, sanding equipment, and other painting tools
* Ability to mix and match paint colors accurately
* Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
* Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to follow safety standards and procedures
