* Optimize and standardize global Medical Affairs processes
* Lead LDC implementation and digital transformation
* Ensure governance and regulatory compliance
* Engage stakeholders through workshops and change management
Requirements
* Advanced degree in life sciences, data science, technology, or business
* 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
* 3+ years in global/matrixed environments
* Strong experience in process mapping and digital tools
* Familiarity with ERP systems
* Fluent in English
