Morgan McKinley are delighted to be partnering with a thriving Fermoy based business in the recruitment of an experienced Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper.
The successfull candidate will join a dynamic team and assist with the end to end finance requirements for the business including assisting with the prepartion of management accounts.
Main duties: Complete AP & AR functions Account reconciliation Payment runs and bank reconciliation Preparing weekly reports: cashflows, gross profit calculations, KPI reports Preparation and submission of all necessary tax returns including VAT returns, PAYE/PRSI returns Month end reporting including prepayments and accruals Assisting with the prepartion of Management Accounts Liaising with external auditors in relation to statutory accounts Other related finance duties or reports as required The ideal candidate will have/be: 5 years experience in a similar role Ideally experience with in retailbut not essential Finance qualification an advantage Strong under standing of the wider finance function Skills: Management accounts Account Reconciliation Audit AP AR
