Job Description
The Site HSE Advisor will work with site management, teams and individuals to progress safe working practices and develop risk assessments and safe systems of work.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation and ensure Site Management is informed of same.
* Ensure a safe working environment is maintained at the site and that the site is working in compliance with current Health and Safety legislation, best practice and approved codes of practice (ACOP).
* Manage the risk assessment (RA) and safe working operating procedures (SWOP) process and ensure that all Supervisors and Managers are regularly reviewing these documents in line with business standards and current legislation, guidance and ACOP.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hold relevant qualifications.
* Working knowledge of formal Management systems.
* Active member of IOSH or similar accredited professional body.
