Baile an Aoire, part of Good Shepherd Cork (GSC) provides long-term supported housing to women who are vulnerable, offering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment where residents can rebuild stability, independence, and wellbeing.We work from a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, grounded in respect, dignity, and choice. We are now recruiting for an experienced Manager who will be responsible for the delivery and development of this service, aimed at providing a welcoming, compassionate, and professional service to all residents.This Full-Time, Permanent position will involve working 39 hours per week. Some flexibility will be required around working hours and some out of hours on-call will be required. Applications could be considered from candidates available on a part-time (30+ hours) basis.Job PurposeThe Manager will establish, lead, and ensure the effective and efficient management of the service, in line with the mission, vision, and values of Good Shepherd Cork.You will provide strategic leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring the ongoing development and enhancement of the service to meet the needs of residents.
