Process Optimization Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to design and improve chemical processes for large-scale production of new and existing compounds.
1. Conduct experiments: Conduct laboratory-scale experiments to assess the feasibility of new processes and scale them up for production.
2. Analyse and recommend improvements: Analyse existing production methods and recommend improvements through the application of chemistry, process engineering, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in synthetic and process chemistry, particularly in route development and optimization. They will be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, with excellent technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
