**Job Title:** Social Care Team Manager
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Care Team Manager to lead our team of social care staff in providing high-quality support services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with HIQA guidelines and regulations.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, promoting a positive work environment and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and stakeholders.
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual who can manage day-to-day operations, including administration, report writing, and organizational tasks. A strong understanding of health and social care policies and procedures is essential.
The successful candidate will hold a recognized qualification in Nursing or Social Care, be currently registered with An Bord Altranais, and have a minimum of 5 years' experience working with people with intellectual disabilities. At least 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care is also required. Hold an appropriate management qualification (Fetac Level 6 minimum) is also necessary.
In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will possess a full clean driving license, excellent IT and administrative skills, and the ability to demonstrate initiative and good communication skills.
