IT Support Engineer An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join a long-established organisation within the Irish equine industry based close to Kildare Town for a 12 month contract.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of IT support within a well-respected organisation, working across multiple business functions while collaborating with a wider Shared Services team.
This is a stand-alone IT support role, ideal for a proactive and technically capable professional who enjoys autonomy, problem solving, and delivering high-quality IT support to end users.
Location:Kildare Full-Time Onsite Salary:€45,000 €55,000 DOE This is a 12 month contract The IT Support Engineer will provide basic to advanced technical support across the organisations IT environment.
The role focuses on supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications, and peripheral technologies, ensuring users receive prompt and effective assistance.
You will interact directly with users both in person and through digital communication channels, diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and delivering solutions that keep systems running efficiently.
This position suits someone with strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networks, systems, and security, combined with a customer-focused approach to IT support.
