We are seeking a seasoned Business Services Manager to lead the advancement of our document and process management capabilities. The ideal candidate will closely manage our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define Business Requirements: Develop and implement business requirements for managing clinical trial data within the CTMS, ensuring seamless integration with other relevant modules and systems.
* Interdependencies: Identify and address interdependencies with other CTMS modules to streamline clinical trial operations, enhancing overall efficiency and productivity.
* Process Enhancement: Create and manage control documents and supporting materials to ensure repeatable, predictable, and scalable business processes.
* System Oversight: Collaborate with vendors to oversee the CTMS system, ensuring peak performance, accessibility, and data integrity.
* Strategic Planning: Drive continuous improvement by shaping CTMS strategies to align with evolving industry standards and regulations, promoting proactive risk management.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor CTMS metrics, addressing performance, data quality, and usability issues in a timely manner to maintain optimal system performance.
Tech & Process Enhancement:
Advocate for the introduction and integration of innovative technologies that bolster our document management and communication operations, driving business agility and competitiveness.
Leadership & Team Collaboration:
Lead and support CTMS-related meetings, present to senior stakeholders, and manage, mentor, train, and support team members as required, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Requirements:
* Clinical Trials Expertise: Relevant experience with clinical trials, documents, and responsibilities internal and external to the organization.
* Subject Matter Expertise: Proven subject matter expertise in CTMS, TMF, and Organization/Person Profile Management.
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex issues effectively to internal and external partners, driving informed decision-making.
* Risk Management: Strong risk management skills, evaluating risks based on sound business analyses.
* Project Management: Ability to take a leadership role in managing projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
* People Management: Experience leading a team of direct reports, mentoring, training, and supporting their growth and development.
