Key Culinary Role
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Chef de Partie to join our esteemed culinary team in a 4-star castle hotel.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with experienced chefs, supporting the delivery of exceptional dishes and maintaining high standards of food preparation, hygiene, and organisation within a well-structured kitchen environment.
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standard within your designated section.
* Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure consistent quality and smooth service.
* Assist with menu planning, mise-en-place, and daily kitchen organisation.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or banqueting environment.
* Excellent cooking skills with strong knowledge of kitchen operations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
