Senior Quantity Surveyor Experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor sought to join the expanding team in Cork of a prominent Main Building Contractor. The accomplished Senior QS will be in direct communication with a Commercial Director and will oversee a team of junior quantity surveyors. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years' experience in the field of quantity surveying. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying Minimum of 7 years of professional experience with a proven track record in managing interactions with Subcontractors and Clients concerning Valuations, Variations, Final Accounts, and cost reporting Demonstrates a deep understanding of specifications, bills of quantities, and technical drawings Exhibits a strong capacity to extract quantities from drawings and send out inquiries to sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate quotations Proficient in Microsoft Office and other Quantity Surveying software packages Proven expertise in Commercial and Industrial Project Management Demonstrates excellent fiscal responsibility Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver and clarify accurate reports Outstanding organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously Self-motivated, capable of structuring the workday around assigned tasks and priorities with minimal supervision; demonstrates flexibility and a strong commitment to success Able to collaborate effectively within a diverse team, showcasing strong interpersonal skills Salary: Competitive salary ranging from €90,000 to €100,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package Outstanding opportunities for career growth Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
