Opportunity Summary
This role is a key position within our organization that focuses on developing advanced medical devices. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading end-to-end automation projects from initial concept through to development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement automation systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Collaborate on project scoping, planning, and execution.
* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
* Lead installation, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment.
* Troubleshoot automation systems and software.
* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
* Deliver end-user training and create technical documentation.
Requirements:
* National Qualification Level 7 in a relevant field (180 credits).
* 5–7 years' experience in automation engineering within the medical device industry.
* Expertise in PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and CAD tools.
* Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
