The Customer Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to expand market presence. The role involves sales, account management, category development, and business planning to deliver tailored solutions for clients and achieve revenue targets.QualificationsProficiency in Category Management and the ability to analyze and optimize product offerings for clients.Strong skills in Business Planning to develop strategies for market growth and achieving organizational goals.Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.A results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Relevant experience in the hospitality or catering sectors is an advantage.Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools is preferred.Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel as required.
