Senior R&D Manager Our organization seeks a Senior R&D Manager to provide leadership to the R&D Lifecycle Management team and oversee program management of departmental deliverables. * Responsibilities include R&D Lifecycle Management (LCM) activities for our portfolio of products, leading the LCM team with responsibility for team structure, development, and performance management, as well as managing interfaces between functions. * Organize and prioritize activities, including escalations, in collaboration with key functions and aligning on deliverables and timing. * Work closely with cross-functional teams including Quality and Design Assurance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Regulatory, Marketing, and support the R&D department with customer visitors.
