They carry out a range of fit-out projects across various sectors including commercial, hotels, luxury residential and specialist joinery projects.
They are working on some prestigious projects over in London and have a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join them on permanent basis.
The Project Manager will be based in Antrim full time with travel to London required 1 or 2 days per week or 2 to 3 days every fortnight.
Main Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure all necessary resources are in place to meet deadlines Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial targets Ensure all work meets client specifications and quality standards, including implementation of the Control Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations Effectively manage all project resources including staff, labour, plant, materials, subcontractors, and internal departments (e.g., design and factory teams) Set clear targets and reporting procedures, and measure team and stakeholder performance against these standards Act as the primary liaison with clients and their representatives, providing regular updates and resolving issues promptly Proactively develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Ensure contractual conditions are adhered to and maintain accurate, contemporary records to protect the company's position Implement and uphold company Operations and Safety Management Procedures on all projects.
Demonstrate a high standard of safety at all times throughout the project Undertake any other responsibilities within your knowledge, experience, or competency as requested by senior management.
