Legal Secretary
As a key member of the legal team, you will work closely with senior partners and collaborate in a dynamic international firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior partners and the wider legal team.
* Manage billing and collections processes, including preparing invoice narratives and maintaining accurate records.
* Open, close, and archive legal files, ensuring compliance with firm standards and guidelines.
* Conduct thorough conflict searches and manage all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements effectively.
* Organise meetings, manage diaries, and handle travel arrangements efficiently.
* Draft, edit, and finalise legal documents and correspondence, adhering to high standards of quality and professionalism.
* Prepare court pleadings, bundles, and closing bibles, demonstrating attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Maintain and update client contact databases and business development records, providing valuable insights for the team.
* Provide cover for other secretaries during absences and collaborate with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
