A Senior Field Service Engineer with strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills is required to join a leading semiconductor company.
The Senior Field Service Engineer work across diverse lines, product
handling tool set-ups, installations, repairs, PLC troubleshooting, and customer support.
Responsibilities
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex equipment issues on-site
* Commission tools, perform retrofits, and provide training to customers
* Read and interpret schematics, wiring, and blueprints
* Write and troubleshoot PLC code (ladder logic)
* Lead projects and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
* Degree-qualified, with experience in the semiconductor industry
* Strong hands-on troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
* Comfortable traveling across Europe (up to 75% post Ireland project)
* Able to work independently and manage customer-focused projects
