We are looking for a talented Technical Support Professional to join our team. As a Technical Support Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality technical support across a designated product range.
Your primary responsibilities will include analyzing customer problems, asking relevant questions to support resolution, and documenting complaints and inquiries using established guidelines and procedures. You will also be responsible for communicating investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and verbal updates, and resolving complaints and inquiries within target timelines.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.
* At least 1-year of experience working in a medical/clinical environment or in a customer-facing support role.
* Fluency in English and German and residing in the Galway area.
