Know the Role

As a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you have a fundamental role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to the client to maintain our brand image while transforming client expectations into sales success and loyalty. You are the voice of Christian Louboutin and an ambassador for the brand, products, values and culture.

Under the leadership of the management team, you will provide an outstanding, personalized, efficient and discrete client experience. You are an integral member of a high-performing sales team focused on sales, delivering knowledge about our luxurious collections, while maintaining the store and ensuring ongoing loyalty.


Key Responsibilities Of The Role

* Attending and participating in training events such as sales techniques, sales ceremonies or product knowledge trainings
* Providing exceptional standards of customer experience, surpassing customer expectations by following all steps of the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony
* Demonstrating and reflecting the luxury brand image through service, attitude, grooming, dress code and behaviour
* Responding to client queries and issues in a professional, effective and timely manner, including managing return items or damages


Knowledge and Qualifications

* Proven experience in a luxury retail or service environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
* Ability to follow all steps of the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony and adapt to pace, managing up to 3 customers at a time
* Strong clienteling skills to maintain long-term professional and loyal relationships
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build authentic client relationships and work with the management team
* Excellent brand awareness and ability to protect confidential business information
* Motivated with a positive attitude; able to work in a busy boutique/concession with high energy and a strong sales focus
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and perform varied tasks as needed
* Smart, brand-appropriate personal appearance and adherence to uniform guidelines
* Strong time management, punctuality and reliability
* Open-minded to diversity and respectful of all customers
