We are seeking a motivated and experienced quantity surveyor to join our expanding team. As a key member of the project delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost management, commercial delivery, and financial performance.

Responsibilities
1. Assist in managing project costs and preparing detailed financial reports
2. Support the procurement and administration of subcontractor and supplier packages
3. Assist with budgeting, cost monitoring, cashflow forecasting Work collaboratively with project teams to identify risks maintain accurate commercial records Contribute tender preparation measurement bill-of-quantities activities Provide ad-hoc commercial administrative support senior surveyors required Qualifications Level 8 degree Quantity Surveying equivalent Required Skills Experience gained Tier contractor advantageous Strong IT proficiency MS Office essential estimating/measurement software beneficial Excellent numerical analytical problem-solving skills Strong communication interpersonal abilities Highly organised strong attention detail Ability work effectively within team manage workload pressure Full clean drivers license Skills: Quantity Surveying
