Job Description:
The role involves working closely with Directors, Project Managers, and site teams in the commercial management of construction projects from tender stage through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise with directors and project managers on commercial matters
2. Assist in reviewing tenders, including rates and measures
3. Carry out remeasurement of works
4. Prepare procurement schedules and buying/drawdown packs
