Murphy Brothers, based in Portlaw Co Waterford, are seeking to hire a Driver/Yard Operative to work at their Agri and Hardware Store.
This is a full-time position.
The ideal candidate will engage in a range of duties and responsibilities to support the busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in person and over the phone
Processing sales transactions & managing point of sale systems
Operating our computer based weighbridge system.
Managing stock levels
Providing product advise and solutions to suit customer needs
Loading customer vehicles
Supporting general yard duties as needed
Supporting deliveries to customers
Requirements for the role:
Knowledge of the Agricultural sector advantages but not essential
Comfortable using computers - training will be provided on our systems
Friendly, customer focused attitude
Experience operating Forklifts/ Loading Shovels advantages but not essential
