Consultant Dermatologist Job Description
This is an opportunity to join an established team in a leading hospital and develop new services across the region.
Duties:
* Create and manage a dermatology clinic and consult service in a regional Hospital, aligned with international best practice standards.
* Lead outpatient clinic activities including rapid access pigmented lesion clinics, general dermatology clinics, melanoma follow-up clinic, complex dermatosis clinic, and infantile haemangioma service.
* Develop teaching programs for undergraduates, postgraduate trainees, nursing personnel, and other HSCP professionals within the Hospital setting.
* Promote continuous quality improvement through participation in accreditation processes at the Hospital level.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of three years' experience as Consultant level professional with expertise developed within a high-performance healthcare environment addressing accredited compliance requirements.
2. An active Specialist Registration or equivalent IMC Specialist registration based on EU/EEA or UK reference frameworks prior to starting your role as required by Ireland’s regulatory bodies.
