Cork, who are seeking a Financial Administrator to join their team and support the Financial Controller.

This role is based 5 days on site (Working hours 8.30am - 5pm) As Financial Administrator, you will provide essential administrative and financial support within a busy team environment.
Working closely with the Financial Controller and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across finance and administration.
Responsibilities: Processing invoices, payments, and purchase orders Assisting with budget tracking, financial reconciliations, and reporting Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records and supporting audits Support with weekly/monthly payroll General office administration, scheduling, and client liaison Supporting bookings, certification/record management, and client communications Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery Requirements: 2+ years working in a varied accounts role Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with a strong interest in finance and administration Previous experience in a finance-related role or through formal finance training is essential Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment If you are interested in hearing more about this opportunity, do get in touch with your CV for a confidential chat.
