As they continue to grow their EMEA headquarters, they are now seeking a high-calibre Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join their expanding tax team.

Who should apply?

* AITI/CTA qualified (ACA a plus)
* 5+ years' experience in corporate tax, ideally including FDI, IP structuring, or M&A
* Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
* Interest in tech and an appetite for in-house commercial exposure
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to the Head of Tax (EMEA), you will play a key role in the company's global tax strategy, working closely with Finance, Legal, and international advisors.
* Tax Advisory
– Deliver strategic tax advice on IP restructuring, Pillar Two, and business model optimisation
* M&A Projects
– Advise on the tax aspects of transactions and integrations
* Stakeholder Engagement
– Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on key international tax matters
* Tax Reporting
– Support global tax compliance and ensure alignment with evolving regulations
* Business Partnering
– Collaborate across departments to support commercial decisions
* Mentoring
– Support the development of junior tax team members
* Innovation
– Help drive process improvements across tax operations
* Governance
– Ensure strong documentation and risk management in line with global policies
