Trading Project Manager My client, a 100% Irish-owned national food retailer and wholesaler, is seeking an ambitious and highly organised Trading Project Manager to support strategic initiatives within the Protein and Meals Category.
This role will work closely with the Buyers and wider trading team on key fresh-category projects, supporting the delivery of change, efficiency, and category growth.

Package Generous salary Bonus Agile working Pension Life assurance Staff discount Responsibilities of this Trading Project Manager role include: Facilitating the definition of project scope, deliverables, and milestone planning through a task-based approach incorporating resource requirements and timelines.
Leading the planning and supporting Buyers and key stakeholders in the implementation of projects and tracking progress of workstreams within the wider category.
Monitoring and reporting on project progress, facilitating regular updates with project stakeholders, identifying risks, determining appropriate solutions, and supporting their initiation where relevant.
Representing the category with retailers and cross-functional teams to support successful outcomes for all stakeholders.
Supporting the growth and development of direct reports such as the Range Planning Manager and project interns as relevant.

Structured and independent working style, including strong issue-identification and hypothesis-generation skills to mitigate implementation risks.
