About the position:
Our client is seeking experienced Account Executives who have previously worked in the Irish insurance market to join their nationwide team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal lines clients, providing expert insurance advice, handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients across motor and home insurance products.
* Provide professional, compliant, and customer focused insurance advice.
* Handle client renewals on policies, mid term adjustments, and new business quotations efficiently.
* Develop strong relationships with clients and insurers to deliver the best possible service.
* Work to achieve sales and retention targets in line with company goals.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products.
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Ideal Candidate:
* APA or CIP qualified (or working towards completion).
* Previous experience in the Irish insurance market is essential.
* Strong knowledge of insurance products and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
