Job Description
The Technical Solutions Specialist will work closely with the sales team to gather and provide technical information and product scoping to support customer requirements. This is a hybrid role that offers opportunities to work remotely and visit customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Review and assess active customer opportunities on our CRM system
* Liaise with sales team members and suppliers to provide necessary information for sales quotations and proposals
* Carry out customer surveys and develop a system for scoping technical labour time and charges applied to quotations and proposals
* Prepare and finalize customer quotations and proposals, working closely with our Client Quotations & Proposals Coordinator and Inside Sales Supervisor/Manager
* Develop and document knowledge and information on products, services, and solutions offered by our company

You will maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners and manage the product catalogue in our Professional Services Automation system.
