About the Role
This newly established role is a direct result of continued expansion and offers an opportunity to contribute to both core financial reporting and strategic projects. Reporting to an experienced Finance Manager, you'll enjoy a varied scope, from preparing management accounts to enhancing processes, supporting growth initiatives, and stepping into leadership when needed.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts for the Group, presenting insights to senior leadership.
* Draft annual financial statements and liaise with auditors and tax advisors.
* Act as deputy to the Finance Manager and mentor junior finance team members.
* Strengthen internal controls to mitigate financial risk.
* Lead process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
* Contribute to ad hoc finance and business projects as required.
About You
You're a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with 3–5 years' post-qualification experience and a solid technical accounting foundation. Exposure to a fast-paced or scaling environment will be a plus. You bring strong analytical ability, excellent numeracy, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset, you're motivated by making a real impact.
