Leisure Operations Lead

Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and effective management of the site and its team.
- Participate in all areas of daily operations as required, meeting company standards at all times.
- Create a team-focused environment, encouraging a professional and motivating atmosphere for team members.
- Assist with reporting as needed.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum three years' experience in the leisure/hospitality/F&B sector with events exposure.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Flexibility with a willingness to work weekend shifts.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create a sense of fun.
