Learning and Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Learning and Development Coordinator. This role will support the planning, coordination, and execution of our learning and development offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, speaker series, and other learning events.
* Liaise with various internal partners on training setup and needs.
* Support presenters and facilitators by preparing materials and ensuring quality control.
* Deliver learning reports and manage course data.
* Administer learning management systems, e-learning platforms, and digital solutions.
* Support SharePoint/Confluence site creation and content management.
* Manage external learning opportunities and vendor relationships.
* Reconcile education/conference expenses and maintain the library.
* Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Superior organizational, time management, and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
* Exceptional detail orientation with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
* Experience working in an LMS is preferred.
* Proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
